This reputable Architectural and Interiors business continues to grow its healthcare studio and is looking to add both senior and intermediate project professionals to its team. They are interested in speaking with proven individuals who can provide surveys of existing healthcare environments and can assist in code research for NYS building code and FGI Guidelines for Hospital and Outpatient facility requirements. Candidates should have: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Proficient in computer-assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam
• The project professional will be responsible for producing architectural drawings, from schematic designs to construction documents.
• Must be a good team member who will work well with the rest of the professional team and client to provide a complete and well-coordinated set of working     drawings that satisfies the client’s needs.
• Coordinate the architectural set of drawings with the other professional consultants on the project.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects, at various stages of completion and meet deadlines.
